Merch Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately shipping costs are non refundable.

2. The email address you used to make the purchase.
3. Why you wish to return the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We are happy to help and to make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get your preferred item is:

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and to let us know your intentions, we will look out for your package.
2. Return the item. Ensure it is packaged appropriately and shipped securely.
3. Once the return is received it will be inspected, accepted and refunded as per the refund policy.
4. Make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will confirm by email if the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded for your item (excluding shipping costs) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected]

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately shipping costs are non refundable.
