We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Black Forge Inn. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If an order is refused by the customer after it has left our warehouse, any costs incurred (including return shipping and customs) will be deducted from the refund amount.
