30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels—all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- The reason for your return
Please package your return appropriately and send it (with customs to Ireland pre-paid) to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
